Friendly staff, quick to respond to requests. Comfortable and clean room. Very comfortable bed. Convenient location for work and activities in the Jumeriah area. The hotel had great facilities, including a pub adjacent and a full Irish breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were polite and provided excellent service throughout my visit. They even were very good too make my honeymoon special by giving me a suite with an amazing view from the balcony. The room itself was very spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and everything was fresh and available every morning. I loved that there was a cook who could prepare anything I wanted, from omelettes to French toast and pancakes. The hotel also helped arrange a taxi for me back to the airport in the early hours. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was just a short distance from the city center and the Jumeriah Lake Tower metro station, making it easy for me to explore the city and visit local attractions.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the indoor swimming pool, sauna and spa centre were a perfect retreat and I particularly enjoyed the full body massage and beauty treatment available. the poolside snack bar and restaurant offered delicious halal food with top-quality service.
I encountered a minor issue with the lighting control, which was unnecessarily high tech and difficult to find. the thoughtful service made up for this small drawback.

It seems that non-dairy milk is not consistently available at the coffee locations and breakfast, which could be a downside for those with dietary restrictions.

Great location, ideal for JLT offices. Short walking distance to JBR and Marina. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Really good cleanliness. Really kind staff. Well-equipped room with amenities. Comfortable bed. Cozy Italian coffee shop for breakfast.
